Job summary

Merkle, a dentsu company, seeks a Functional Consultant in the Salesforce space to lead client implementations with a focus on on-platform configuration for Sales, Service, and Loyalty Management. You will work closely with project teams and clients from start to finish, often handling 2–3 projects concurrently.

The role requires 3–5 years of Salesforce experience, certifications, strong client management, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce professional.
• Certifications in Salesforce (Administrator/Advanced Administrator/Platform App Developer) are required or desired.
• Experience implementing Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and Loyalty Management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-platform configuration/implementation of Salesforce core platform solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with project team and client to design purpose-built Salesforce solutions.
• Create diagrams and flowcharts (current/future state, data models) for each project.
• Promote best practices for configuration, testing, and deployment.
