Job summary

Dentsu seeks a Functional Consultant in the Salesforce space to lead implementation projects for client businesses. You will collaborate with the project team and client to design and implement purpose-built Salesforce solutions, focusing on on-platform configuration.

You will work on 2-3 projects, driving core platform configuration for Sales, Service, and Loyalty Management while remaining current on new Salesforce functionalities and best practices.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce professional.
• 2+ years of experience implementing multiple Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management is a plus.
• Excellent client management skills and ability to lead internal and external relationships.
• Experience assessing Salesforce solutions for compliance with industry or regional regulations and security standards.
• Experience with backlog management and documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Part of a delivery team implementing a custom Salesforce core platform solution for clients.
• Assist with design of Salesforce core platform (Sales, Service, Loyalty Management) solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on platform customization, development, and data migration practices.
• Lead on-platform configuration/implementation of Salesforce core platform solutions for clients.
• Create diagrams and flowcharts (e.g., data models, ER diagrams) for each project.
• Analyze complex business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose Salesforce optimizations.
• Stay updated on Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends to recommend solutions.
• Promote adherence to best practices for configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
