Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to join our rapidly growing Salesforce practice. You will support a range of client engagements, leveraging multi-cloud capabilities, configuring Salesforce, and assisting the development team on client needs.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years of professional consulting experience, hands-on Salesforce configuration, strong Excel skills, and excellent written and verbal English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Experience in consulting is required.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Salesforce multi-cloud capabilities to meet client needs.
• Configure Salesforce and support development with client projects.
• Perform ongoing Salesforce administration tasks including user management, security, and data management.
• Identify issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Develop and implement AI-enabled client solutions per firm policy.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to build use cases.
