Responsibilities

• Pre-sales scoping with a Solution Architect/Sr. Consultant.
• Documenting business, functional & technical requirements in pre-sales context.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs & outline processes.
• Assist in fully solutioning scopes of work with oversight from SA/SC.
• Create Solution Design Documentation including ER diagrams & data dictionary.
• Use Salesforce declarative features to build solutions per Crowe best practices.
• Support project delivery and QA, and prepare deployment documentation.
• Lead smaller end-to-end projects with oversight.
