Salesforce Functional Consultant

Location: Remote (U.S. Based, Lower 48 States)

About the Role

Our client, a leading a Summit level Salesforce partner, is looking for a Salesforce Functional Consultant to drive solution design and configuration efforts based on client business needs.

If you're a strategic thinker who loves solving business challenges with Salesforce — and can turn complex requirements into real, scalable solutions — this is for you.

You'll work directly with clients, project managers, and technical teams to deliver high-impact Salesforce outcomes across industries.

What You’ll Do

• Configure Salesforce features, objects, flows, and workflows using best practices
• Design solutions that connect business processes to Salesforce capabilities
• Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and solution workshops
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories
• Guide clients through data migration strategy and execution
• Deliver user training, adoption strategies, and post-go-live support
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and cross-functional teams
• Stay ahead of Salesforce releases, features, and best practices

What You Bring

• Minimum 4+ years of Salesforce consulting experience (multiple clouds/industries preferred)
• Strong business analysis and functional design skills
• Experience leading discovery sessions, UAT, training, and adoption initiatives
• Bonus points for additional Salesforce certifications such as Platform App Builder, Business Analyst, or Nonprofit Cloud Consultant

• Designing accurate, scalable solutions and documentation
• Delivering high client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Producing high-quality Salesforce configurations with minimal post-launch support needs
• Building strong, trusted client relationships
