Salesforce Consultant and Analyst (Part-Time Contract)
Point Echo is an exciting Salesforce Consulting and ISV Partner startup, focused on delivering operational business solutions for the small and medium-sized business (SMB), educational, and health/life sciences markets. We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant and Analyst to deliver high quality solutions for our growing client base. This is a remote three-month contract position for roughly 20 hours per week, with the potential to expand depending on business demand. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying Salesforce-centric solutions of all sizes, while eliciting business requirements, managing projects, and building strong customer relationships. Please be aware this is not a developer role, and only direct applicants will be considered.

An ideal candidate meets the following qualifications:
- Five or more years of hands-on experience implementing and administering solutions on the Salesforce platform, in a consulting or implementation partner capacity, preferably in a lead or senior role
- Thorough understanding and experience using Salesforce configuration and declarative features (e.g. Salesforce Flow) to generate effective and creative solutions
- Solid grasp and understanding of Salesforce implementation best practices, identifying appropriate processes and solutions to address customer needs - genuine subject matter expertise
- High competence proactively leading, and executing, Salesforce projects, with ability to adapt and adjust to changing timelines, requirements, technologies, resources, and budgets
- Domain knowledge about operational business processes and concepts, such as sales management, marketing, order management, and customer care
- A demonstrable record of successfully delivering Salesforce-centric solutions, especially when faced with mitigating challenges
- Experience, or specialization, across multiple Salesforce products, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience (Community) Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ), Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Einstein
- Experience administering, or implementing, Salesforce-integrated solutions, like DocuSign
- Able to effectively use best-of-breed business software applications, like Slack and Asana, to fulfill job responsibilities
- A passion and keen ability to solve problems - this is a role for those who love to “figure things out” by best leveraging the Salesforce platform to address customer needs.
- Knowing how to elicit and interpret project requirements, and translate into feasible solutions that exceed customer expectations
- Ability to simultaneously execute multiple projects and support multiple customers, while gracefully handling shifting priorities
- Excels at working effectively, and independently, in a small-team, fully virtual environment, with a proactive, and collaborative, self-starter personality
- A customer first attitude, with excellent communication and collaboration skills, and an aptitude for nurturing client relationships
- Encompassing a prominent level of self-discipline, professionalism, and attention to detail, taking pride in producing high quality customer deliverables, and representing the best Point Echo has to offer
- Willingness to grow professionally by tackling new challenges and opportunities
- A get things done approach in successfully delivering outcomes
- Experience in education technology or services industries is a plus
- Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar degree
- Located, and permitted to work, in the United States
- Can commit to working with colleagues and customers located across different US-based time zones
