Global IT Commercial Services Sr. Manager (Salesforce)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Commercial Services Manager to spearhead our global IT Commercial Services (CS) Center of Excellence (COE). In this pivotal role, you will own the strategic direction, drive operational excellence, and ensure the continuous optimization of the IT solution landscape supporting our worldwide sales and marketing functions. This encompasses comprehensive responsibility for the global Salesforce and broader Sales and Marketing technical solution strategy and lifecycle, ensuring rigorous alignment with overarching business objectives to deliver measurable value and a competitive edge across the commercial domain.

Responsibilities
  • COE Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute COE strategy, including identifying and developing best practices and standards for people, processes, and technologies. Make strategic decisions on architecture, design, integrations, governance, and project execution. Leverage AI and data analytics for decision-making. Lead and manage the Commercial Services team, fostering growth and alignment.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Capture and understand complex business requirements, manage system development and adoption through change management, and lead cross-functional collaboration. Manage vendors and partners to ensure performance and value.
  • System Implementation and Rollout: Oversee global rollouts and enhancements of Sales and Marketing solutions like CRM. Collaborate with business and IT leaders to deliver secure, compliant, and stable SaaS platforms with minimal disruption.
  • System Enhancement and Support: Identify system improvements, establish support processes, and ensure system upgrades and security patches are maintained.
  • Risk Management and Compliance: Mitigate risks related to system failures and security, ensuring compliance with security standards and industry regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; Master's preferred.
  • ITIL certification and other technical certifications.
  • 15+ years leading enterprise SaaS and sales/marketing technology, including Salesforce.
  • 8+ years managing multi-country teams and portfolios.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce solutions and system architecture.
  • Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
