Job summary

Intuitive is expanding its Commercial Technologies Center of Excellence (CoE) - Salesforce. The Manager, Commercial Technologies CoE - Salesforce will partner with the global Commercial organization and guide users of our Salesforce solutions.

Reporting to the Director, you will develop and optimize solutions, lead a team of business analysts and admins, and align with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing Salesforce platforms, business systems, or commercial technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce.com platform and ability to lead people and processes.
• Experience driving roadmap planning, stakeholder management, and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of Business Analysts and Salesforce Admins.
• Define business systems requirements for new technology implementations.
• Manage incidents, bugs, and enhancements to ensure timely delivery with quality.
