Job summary

ListEngage, in partnership with Tata Consultancy Services, seeks a Salesforce Center of Excellence Lead at TCS Seven Hills Park in Milford, Ohio. The role reports to the Head of ListEngage Academy and drives CoE governance, scalable Salesforce delivery, and growth across the practice.

You will lead talent strategy, certification programs, and executive pitches, collaborating with global Salesforce teams and ecosystem partners to expand joint services.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in Salesforce-led growth, delivery, and capability building.
• Bachelor's degree in any field required.
• Salesforce certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• CoE Leadership & Governance: Lead the Salesforce CoE, define standards, oversee delivery quality.
• Business Demand & Growth: Drive internal demand for Salesforce services, lead executive pitches, define growth strategy.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with account leadership, global Salesforce practice and ecosystem partners.
• Talent Strategy & Development: Own training and certification strategy for junior Salesforce talent, upskill resources.
