Job summary

AspenView Technology Partners, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to own configuration, automation and day-two health of an enterprise Salesforce org. This automation-first role centers on Flow and Flow Orchestration, designing automation standards rather than stacking flows.

It combines build work with day-two ownership — releases, data quality, permissions and user support. You will design declarative solutions, enforce security, maintain data quality, and enable users, with 3+ years

Qualifications

• 3+ years administering enterprise Salesforce orgs.
• Expertise with Flow/Flow Orchestration and bulk-safe design.
• Strong knowledge of security/sharing model (OWD, roles, sharing rules).
• Experience with reports, dashboards, and data loading tools.
• Salesforce Admin cert required; Advanced Admin and Platform App Builder preferred.
• Able to read Apex to understand code behavior in the org.
• Proven track record of simplifying an org rather than extending complexity.

Responsibilities

• Design declarative solutions with Flow, Flow Orchestration, validation rules and metadata.
• Own automation standards: naming, entry criteria, error handling, one-automation-per-object.
• Refactor or retire legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builder.
• Administer profiles, permission sets, sharing rules; migrate off profile-based access.
• Maintain data quality with duplicate rules, matching rules and remediation.
• Manage releases into production, including sandbox refresh and validation.
