Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a Change Management professional to translate system changes into comprehensive training and enablement plans. You will deliver engaging, hands-on training across live, virtual, and on-demand formats to support user adoption.

The role requires 4+ years in change management or related fields, strong stakeholder skills, and hands-on experience with Salesforce. It is a hybrid position with two in-person days per week at an assigned TransUnion office.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of change management, training delivery, enablement, or related discipline.
• Experience conducting change impact analyses and stakeholder assessments.
• Strong business process knowledge and ability to translate changes into role-based training.
• Experience delivering training across live, virtual, on-demand, or blended formats.
