Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a Senior Director to lead TruOps Digital Experience change management, communications, training, and adoption across US and international deployments, reporting to the SVP of Business Processes. Hybrid work with two days in office.

You will build governance, frameworks, and adoption metrics, guide Salesforce and Quote-to-Delivery initiatives, influence senior leaders, and grow a high‑performing team to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading change management or enterprise transformation.
• Experience with Salesforce, Revenue Operations, Quote-to-Delivery.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage large programs.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead change management strategy for TruOps initiatives.
• Establish governance, frameworks, methodologies, and adoption measures.
• Lead a high-performing team and partner with executives and system integrators.
