Caylent is a fully remote AI-first cloud services company that helps organizations turn ambitious ideas into business impact. We seek a Salesforce Administrator to support design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce and Certinia to align CRM, PSA, and ERP with business objectives.

You will manage users, permissions, custom objects, workflows, and automation; perform data maintenance and upgrades; train stakeholders and coordinate with vendors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Certinia PSA/Accounting/Revenue.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder.
• Strong communication, Google Sheets/Docs, and AI tool experience.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce and Certinia.
• Ensure CRM, PSA, and ERP systems align with business objectives.
• Manage users, permissions, custom objects, workflows, and process automation.
• Perform data maintenance, upgrades, and documentation.
