Job summary

Certinia is hiring a Salesforce Administrator for our Austin-based GTM teams. You will manage internal SFDC, CPQ, RCA, and Pardot implementations within a hybrid model, coordinating with cross-functional groups to optimize quoting, ordering and data integrity.

You will configure security, objects, flows and fields, drive platform improvements, and train users while aligning with Certinia’s roadmap and security governance standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator including technical implementation, day-to-day operation, long-term projects and org maintenance.
• Minimum 1 year experience with Salesforce CPQ or RCA.
• Salesforce.com Basic Admin Certification.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and administer SFDC including, but not limited to Custom Objects, Flow, Custom Fields, Validation Rules and Lightning Pages.
• Support the Quote to Order process through the creation of new SKU’s, resolving quote issues in the CPQ solution and monitoring the contracting process to ensure data integrity.
• Install and configure Salesforce packages.
• Maintain a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system to understand cross-functional impacts with regard to configuration, process, workflow and reporting.
• Assist with the internal implementation of Certinia applications.
• Support the integration of third-party applications with the internal Org.
• Work with Salesforce.com to understand their platform roadmap and how to apply enhancements to internal business challenges.
• Contribute knowledge and expertise around security models and org governance.

THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting an experienced, highly motivated and enthusiastic Salesforce Administrator with experience supporting Sales Cloud, CPQ/RCA and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) for GTM teams. This individual will be working in Certinia’s internal Salesforce org, which includes platform, internal and 3rd party managed packages. Experience with Agentforce and Slack would be advantageous.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Supporting the internal Certinia Salesforce.com (SFDC) Org
• Design, configure and administer SFDC including, but not limited to Custom Objects, Flow, Custom Fields, Validation Rules and Lightning Pages

• Execute projects to deliver operational improvements to the GTM organization
• Execute other assigned tasks as delegated
• Provide general user training on using Salesforce
• Maintain excellent communication with all end users
• Promote service excellence

What You Need To Be Successful In This Role

• 3+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator including technical implementation, day-to-day operation, long-term projects and org maintenance
• Minimum 1 years experience with Salesforce CPQ or RCA
• Salesforce.com Basic Admin Certification
• Flow writing / editing / testing
• Experience with unit testing, deploying change sets from Salesforce sandbox environments, and familiar with common software development practices and methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience

The reasonably expected base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000-$112,500.
