Job summary
Bain Capital is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst in Boston, MA to enhance Salesforce-based Investor Relations Operations. You will gather requirements, design end-to-end solutions, and drive deployments from inception through production.
You will partner with IR stakeholders and developers to optimize the Salesforce platform and deliver impactful analytics. The role emphasizes BAU enhancements, change management, testing, and documentation, with opportunities to expand support beyond IR
Qualifications
- 5+ years in business systems or CRM implementations.
- Strong Salesforce configuration, data modeling and automation.
- Experience with SQL for data extraction.
- Experience delivering CRM reporting/analytics (Salesforce Reports, Tableau/Power BI).
- Nice to have iPaaS/tools experience (Workato, Mulesoft, Zapier, Boomi).
Responsibilities
- Own BAU enhancements for Investor Relations Operations in Salesforce.
- Gather requirements, assess impacts, and design end-to-end solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and lead testing and training.
- Triage production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Create clear documentation for requests and changes.
- Deliver reporting and analytics using Salesforce and BI tools.
