Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or related field.
• Two+ years as a Business Analyst focused on Salesforce.
• Experience creating user stories, process flows and functional specs.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for Salesforce projects with stakeholders.
• Analyze processes and identify improvements using Salesforce solutions.
• Design Salesforce solutions aligned with objectives and best practices.
• Create user stories, process flows, and functional specs for the dev team.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers and admins to ensure accurate implementation.
• Lead UAT and ensure solutions meet business requirements and user needs.
• Provide end-user training and support for Salesforce tools and features.
• Monitor KPIs and report on Salesforce initiative success.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates and industry trends to inform decisions.
• Foster continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
