Prabhav Services Inc. is seeking an Onshore Salesforce Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience to serve as a bridge between business and technology teams in Atlanta, GA.

The role focuses on requirements gathering, process analysis, and designing Salesforce-based solutions while leveraging Salesforce Administration knowledge to enhance user adoption and process optimization. Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Onshore Salesforce Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between business and technology teams, translating business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions while leveraging strong Salesforce Administration knowledge to support platform enhancements, user adoption, and business process optimization.

A banking background is highly preferred, along with hands-on experience working with Salesforce and familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and nCino.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements.
Translate business needs into Salesforce functional requirements and solution designs.
Utilize Salesforce Admin knowledge to configure and support users, roles, profiles, permission sets, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards.
Conduct business workshops, process mapping sessions, gap analysis, and solution discussions.
Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and Salesforce Administrators throughout the project lifecycle.
Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, release validation, and change management activities.
Analyze and optimize business processes across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and nCino.
Support data analysis, data quality initiatives, reporting, and business metrics tracking.Understand Salesforce integrations, APIs, security model, and dependencies between Salesforce and external systems.
Participate in Agile delivery processes and contribute to continuous process and solution improvements.
Support Salesforce platform enhancements and user adoption initiatives.
Identify business process gaps and recommend solutions that align with business objectives and Salesforce capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with significant Salesforce experience.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and stakeholder management.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Administration and platform capabilities.
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and nCino.
Ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions and functional specifications.
Experience creating BRDs, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, roles, profiles, permission sets, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards.
Understanding of Salesforce integrations and APIs.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and Salesforce Administrators.
Banking/Financial Services experience is highly preferred.
Must be willing to work onsite in the client office in Atlanta, GA, five days per week.
