Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Salesforce-focused professional to define and implement CRM solutions for the Banking and Financial Services sector. You will lead workshops, write user stories, and drive hands-on Salesforce work across deployments and integrations.

Role requires client-facing leadership, data migration expertise, and coordination across on-site and offshore teams. Strong certifications and banking domain knowledge are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Sales, service certifications required.
• FSC certification preferred.
• Banking and financial services experience preferred.
• Define system landscape and deliver CRM solutions.
• Working knowledge of data migration and integration.
• Client-facing and team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute quick POC
• Write user stories aligned to product capabilities of Financial Service cloud and experience cloud
• Hands on work on the existing Salesforce implementation
• Lead defining and practical business solutions based on Salesforce.com technology; executive discovery sessions
• Understand requirements (functional and technical) to address client needs
• Perform routine administration functions for Salesforce.com
• Create documentation (training, communications, release notes, user stories, test scripts, process flows) for Salesforce projects
• Coordinate SIT and UAT
• Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders
• Onsite-offshore coordination
• Report regular progress on projects
• Testing and training strategies

Salary Range: $120,000 to $140,000 per year
