Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with Salesforce, preferably Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Exposure to Collections processes in financial services.
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate requirements into Salesforce-ready solutions.
• Knowledge of UAT, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with experience in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and exposure to Collections processes to join our team and support Salesforce initiatives for a financial services client. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Salesforce and business analysis practices, with the ability to work with business and technical teams to understand requirements, document processes, and support the delivery of Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and pain points.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and functional requirements.
• Support the analysis and documentation of Collections-related processes within a financial services environment.
• Work with Salesforce teams to understand requirements and ensure proposed solutions address the business need.
• Document current and future-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Architects, QA, and other team members throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, validating functionality, and documenting results.
• Assist with identifying gaps between current Salesforce functionality and business requirements.
• Maintain functional documentation and project artifacts.
• Communicate requirements, questions, and functional findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Salesforce Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience working with Salesforce, preferably Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Experience or strong exposure to Collections processes within financial services, banking, lending, credit, or a related environment.
• Good understanding of business analysis practices, including:
• Requirements gathering
• Acceptance criteria
• Business rules
• Process documentation
• UAT
• Experience translating business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions.
• Experience collaborating with Salesforce Developers, QA, and other technical team members.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Additional experience with Financial Services Cloud.
• Knowledge of Salesforce standard functionality such as Accounts, Contacts, Cases, Opportunities, and Flows.
• Experience in banking, lending, credit, debt management, or consumer finance.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and external financial systems.
