Job summary

VDart Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst for a contract role in Washington, DC. The position allows remote or hybrid work for strong candidates, with responsibilities spanning requirements gathering, Salesforce configuration, and agile ceremonies.

The successful candidate will analyze data, draft user stories, and collaborate with developers and QA to ensure proper implementation and testing. Prior Salesforce BA experience and familiarity with Agile/SAFe are essential.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce implementation
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities (Financial Services Cloud preferred)
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe delivery environments
• Strong skills in requirements analysis, stakeholder engagement, and documentation
• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar backlog management systems

Tools & Technologies

• Agile delivery tools: Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent
• Documentation tools for requirement and process modeling
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform architecture and configuration concepts"

Other Requirements

• 1.Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP) are a plus.
