Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Plano, TX, is seeking a Salesforce Senior Consultant/Lead to design, implement, and oversee finance and CRM solutions for banking and financial services clients.

You will define system landscapes, manage data migration, coordinate onsite-offshore teams, write user stories, and lead client discovery sessions while delivering end-to-end Salesforce projects, SIT/UAT, and training.

Qualifications

• Banking and financial services experience preferred.
• Define system landscape, identify gaps, and deliver a CRM solution.
• Knowledge of data migration and integration.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement tech-enabled business solutions in client-facing and leadership roles.
• Write user stories aligned to Salesforce Financial Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on work on the existing Salesforce implementation.
• Lead defining practical business solutions based on Salesforce.com with executive discovery sessions.
• Understand requirements (functional and technical) to address client needs.
• Perform routine Salesforce administration tasks.
• Create documentation (training, communications, release notes, user stories, tests, flows).
• Coordinate SIT and UAT; liaise with business and IT stakeholders.
• Onsite-offshore coordination; report progress on projects.
• Develop testing and training strategies.

• *Banking and financial services experience is preferred


• *Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution


• *working knowledge in data migration and integration


• *Demonstrated ability to design and implement technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. functional lead, work-stream lead, etc)


• *Write user stories aligning to product capabilities of Financial Service cloud and experience cloud


• *Hands on work on the existing salesforce implementation


• *Lead defining and practical business solutions based on Salesforce.com technology implementing; experience leading executive discovery sessions


• *Understand requirements (functional and technical) needed to address client needs


• * Perform routine administration functions for Salesforce.com


• *Create documentation (e.g., training, communications, release notes, user stories, test scripts, process flows) associated with Saleforce projects


• *Actively co-ordinate and participate in SIT and UAT

Salary Range: $120,000 to $140,000 per year
