Job summary

Arizona State Agency in Phoenix is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst for a 1-year contract in a hybrid work environment. The candidate will gather requirements, translate them into functional specs for developers, and support Salesforce configuration, testing, and change management.

Preferred qualifications include Salesforce ADM 201 or BA cert, Salesforce reporting/dashboards, and experience with Sales/Service Cloud.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst / Systems Analyst / IT Analyst with at least 2 years hands-on Salesforce.

• Ability to document requirements, translate to functional specs, perform gap analysis and support testing.

Responsibilities

Salesforce Business Analyst for an Arizona state agency's technology division (1 position, 1-year-class contract, hybrid in Phoenix).
