Job summary

State of Arizona - AZDES is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to collaborate with state agencies, gather requirements, and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will work with Sales Cloud/Service Cloud and coordinate with IT and business stakeholders in Phoenix.

You will support Salesforce configuration, testing, data mapping, and reporting, and contribute to change management and user training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as BA/Analyst with at least 2 years on Salesforce.
• Proven ability to gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and Agile methodologies.
• Proficient in data mapping and process analysis.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
