Responsibilities:

1. Work with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements.
2. Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our clients.
3. Work collaboratively with team members to design solutions that meet business requirements and fulfill user stories.
4. Complete configuration for user stories within Salesforce, AppExchange products, or other cloud-based technologies.
5. Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions meet business needs.
6. Participate in key meetings with clients, including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements:

• Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce workflows, validation rules, and security.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AppExchange products.
• Stakeholder collaboration experience.
• Experience on full SDLC Salesforce implementations.
• Salesforce Admin Certification and Consulting Cloud Certification preferred.
