Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce and Kantata SX to support business processes related to Professional Services, Project Portfolio & Program Management (PPPM), and Implementation workflows. This role involves collaboration across Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Operations teams to gather requirements, refine user stories, and support agile development and system improvements.

Responsibilities

1. Gather and document requirements for Salesforce and Kantata SX in collaboration with stakeholders.
2. Lead user story refinement and grooming sessions.
3. Translate business processes into system workflows and configurations.
4. Serve as a subject matter expert for Kantata SX and Salesforce, optimizing their usage.
5. Partner with Implementation teams to identify pain points and recommend solutions.
6. Support backlog management, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
7. Document workflows, process maps, and data flows for system enhancements and training.
8. Provide guidance on system configurations and support issue triage.
9. Track progress, surface risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
10. Identify opportunities for automation and system integration.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years working with Salesforce and Kantata SX.
2. Strong understanding of Professional Services operations, including PPPM, resource management, project financials, and client workflows.
3. Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (custom objects, flows, validation rules) and working knowledge of Kantata SX.
4. Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business teams.
5. Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and process mapping.
6. Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
