Sr Business Analyst – Salesforce, Kantata SX & Professional Services Operations - Remote
Join us at Veradigm as a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Salesforce and Kantata SX, supporting Professional Services, Project Portfolio & Program Management (PPPM), and Implementation workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, refine user stories, and improve systems using agile methodologies. This role requires strategic thinking, detailed execution, and acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements for Salesforce and Kantata SX from stakeholders across various teams.
- Lead user story refinement, grooming sessions, and ensure requirements are development-ready.
- Translate business processes into system workflows and configurations, focusing on project delivery, resource planning, and client onboarding.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Kantata SX and Salesforce, optimizing their use for project and services operations.
- Partner with implementation teams to identify pain points, define future processes, and recommend scalable solutions.
- Support backlog management, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
- Document workflows, process maps, and data flows to support system enhancements and training.
- Guide system configurations and support issue triage related to Salesforce and Kantata SX.
- Track progress, communicate risks, and provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify opportunities for automation or system integration across service delivery.
About You
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years working directly with Salesforce and Kantata SX.
- Strong understanding of Professional Services operations, including PPPM, resource management, and client workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and working knowledge of Kantata SX project lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business teams.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in an agile environment.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and process mapping tools like Lucidchart or Visio.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise tools like NetSuite, Workday, or Zuora.
- Familiarity with API integrations, SQL, or data validation.
- Background in SaaS or consulting with complex service models.
- Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, CSPO, or IIBA CBAP/CCBA.
