Salesforce Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be part of a team responsible for delivering enterprise cloud technology solutions to Government Agencies. Your role involves requirements gathering, Salesforce configuration, testing, training, and post-deployment support. You will collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Architects to design, develop, and deploy large-scale enterprise solutions, while also growing your skills.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, understand, and define business requirements with clients and end users
• Develop user stories and process flows to support Salesforce solutions
• Design solutions collaboratively to meet business needs
• Configure Salesforce, AppExchange products, or other cloud technologies for user stories
• Test and verify solutions with developers
• Participate in meetings including requirement sessions, demos, UAT, and training

Requirements:

• Experience developing solutions using Salesforce
• Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce workflows, validation rules, and security
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with quick learning ability
• Desire to learn and grow technical and functional skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a team environment
• Flexibility and commitment to getting the job done
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
• Bachelor's degree required
• Salesforce Admin Certification, Service Cloud and Community Cloud (or Experience Cloud) is a MUST
