What's the Job?

Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Create configurable solutions that include workflows, reports, custom objects, and validation rules.
Formulate and maintain Salesforce solution documentation such as process flows, data models, and technical specifications.
Work with the design team to ensure that key business operations are effectively addressed.
Educate and promote CRM standard procedures to ensure high-quality solutions aligned with the organization’s strategy and ethos.

What's Needed?

Excellent knowledge and proven expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.
Knowledge of development tools and processes to aid in use case formulation and project requirement design.
Ability to apply critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
