Job summary

REALIGN LLC is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst based in Plano, TX. You will own requirements, design CRM solutions with the Salesforce platform, and lead client discovery sessions. The role includes hands-on Salesforce work and coordinating with IT and business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will write user stories, create documentation, and support testing and training efforts. A strong background in data migration, integration, and banking/financial services is a plus.

• FSC certification will be preferred
• Banking and financial services experience is preferred
• Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution
• working knowledge in data migration and integration
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. functional lead, work-stream lead, etc)
• Write user stories aligning to product capabilities of Financial Service cloud and experience cloud
• Hands on work on the existing salesforce implementation
• Lead defining and practical business solutions based on Salesforce.com technology implementing; experience leading executive discovery sessions
