Job summary

ICF International seeks an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support a DHS Salesforce implementation, leveraging Government Cloud and integrating with third-party systems. The role requires Agile collaboration and strong stakeholder engagement. Travel onsite to Falling Waters, West Virginia at least twice a week; candidates must be U.S.

citizens with Public Trust or Active Secret clearance. Prior DHS/DoD experience is highly valued, along with Salesforce expertise and DoD security

Qualifications

3+ years as a Business Analyst with at least one Salesforce project.
US Citizenship and Public Trust or Active Secret clearance required.
Residence in the U.S. with ability to work onsite in the U.S. and travel to WV.

Responsibilities

Engage with DHS stakeholders to analyze current business processes and gather requirements for the Salesforce-based solution.
Translate needs into detailed user stories, workflows, and system requirements for low-code/no-code development on Salesforce Government Cloud.
Collaborate to prioritize and refine the product backlog and ensure alignment with project goals.
Create process flows, requirements specs, user guides, and delivery-ready documentation for gate reviews.
Assist in delivering user training for adoption of the Salesforce system.
Support DoD and federal security standards and contribute to cybersecurity documentation for ATO.
