Job summary

ICF seeks an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support a DHS Salesforce implementation, leveraging Public Sector Solutions and Agile methodology. The role requires onsite work in West Virginia, collaboration with DHS stakeholders, and delivering training and documentation for compliance and adoption.

Candidates should have 3+ years as a BA with at least one Salesforce project, U.S. citizenship, and an active clearance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst, including at least one Salesforce project.
• Public Trust or an Active Secret clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract.
• Must reside in the U.S. and have authorization to work in the U.S.
• 3 years within the last 5 years resident in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Engage with DHS stakeholders to analyze current processes and gather requirements for Salesforce solution.
• Translate needs into user stories, workflows, and system requirements for low-code/no-code development on Government Cloud Platform.
• Prioritize and refine product backlog to align with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Create documentation including process flows, requirements specifications, and user guides for gate reviews.
• Assist in delivering user training for effective adoption of the new Salesforce system.
• Support security/compliance standards and contribute to cybersecurity documentation for ATO.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, developers, and team members on objectives.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to provide input on requirements and process improvements.
• Support gate reviews for acquisition lifecycle checkpoints to meet DHS standards.
