Job summary

Blue Sky Innovative Solutions seeks a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge government stakeholders and the Salesforce development team on a federal enterprise cloud program. You will translate mission requirements into user stories, data models, and processes that shape how the DoD manages its enterprise cloud contract.

Responsibilities include facilitating requirements gathering, modeling data, maintaining Jira trackers, and supporting UAT and release notes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years in business/functional analysis for Salesforce applications, Agile, Atlassian suite experience.
• Active Secret clearance (T3 investigation; interim acceptable at start).
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Salesforce Certified Administrator required.

Overview

Be the bridge between Government stakeholders and the Salesforce development team on a federal enterprise cloud program. You will capture mission requirements and turn them into user stories, data models, and workflows that shape how the DoD manages its enterprise cloud contract.

Locations

Arlington, VA (Crystal City); Fort Meade, MD; Chambersburg, PA (Letterkenny Army Depot); Ogden, UT (Hill AFB); or Oklahoma City, OK (Tinker AFB). On-site at a Government facility; limited local telework of unclassified work with Government approval.

What You’ll Need to Join the Team

• Bachelor's degree + 3 years of experience in business/functional analysis for Salesforce applications, with Agile, Atlassian suite, and Salesforce data modeling experience. The bachelor's may be met by an associate's + 2 years or 4 years of additional relevant experience, or 7 years of applicable experience.


• Active Secret clearance (T3 investigation; interim acceptable at start).


• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Salesforce Certified Administrator - required.

What Sets You Apart

• Experience with OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, or Service Cloud implementations.


• Prior BA work on federal or DoD programs with formal requirements traceability.


• Salesforce Platform App Builder or additional Salesforce credentials.

Certifications (examples of approved options)

Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Salesforce Certified Administrator (required). No DoD 8140 requirements currently apply to this role.
