Job summary

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES LLC in Detroit is seeking a Salesforce-focused Business Analyst to elicit, analyze, and document business needs from stakeholders through workshops and meetings.

Responsibilities include translating requirements into user stories, BRDs, data models, and acceptance criteria, collaborating with cross-functional teams on CRM projects across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.

Qualifications

• Elicit, analyze and document business needs from stakeholders through workshops and meetings.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platforms and CRM modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Experience with CPQ, declarative tools, Flows and Validation Rules.

Responsibilities

• Create User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Develop Process Maps (As-Is / To-Be).
• Produce BRDs and Data Models.
• Prepare Technical Specifications and Test Scripts.
