Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior leader to champion Salesforce strategy across customers in the United States. You will lead a team of Developer Support Engineers, shape org governance, and drive executive-level engagements to align with business goals.

The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, strong consulting skills, and the ability to influence at the C-level while mitigating risks and guiding enterprise architecture decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant industry expertise.
• Experience leading and managing customer support teams.
• In-depth knowledge in one or more LoBs - a specific cloud or industry.
• Strong consulting skills.
• Ability to drive effective and influencing conversations at the C-level.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce product and platform features, capabilities, and best use.
• Good understanding of enterprise architecture principles.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep business, industry, and product knowledge.
• Manage a team of Developer Support Engineers.
• Manage workflows and schedules for direct reports.
• Develop an understanding of customer’s Salesforce implementation.
• Guide customers on org strategy and governance.
• Identify risks to customer business goals and build mitigation plans.
• Build and cultivate executive-level relationships with customers.
• Recommend additional Salesforce services as needed.
• Proactively communicate technical product changes.
