Qualifikationen

• Minimum of five years of professional experience, preferably in the CRO or healthcare industry.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator.
• Salesforce Administrator (ADM201 and ADM211) certification.
• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred.
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
• Strong understanding of the platform and ability to build custom applications, objects, formulas, workflows, views and other content.

• Own, manage, and drive optimization of the Salesforce.com platform.
• Establish and implement best practices regarding system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity.
• Work with leadership to design, document, build, test, and deploy enhancements to Salesforce objects and dashboards.
• Maintain and support custom objects, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and approvals.
• Create and manage reports and dashboards to improve system usability and business insights.
• Mentor Salesforce users and provide training and support.
