Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of professional experience, preferably in the CRO or healthcare industry.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator.
• Salesforce ADM201 and ADM211 certifications.
• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Developer certifications preferred.
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
• Strong data management abilities.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, or CROs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and drive optimization of the entire Salesforce.com (SFDC) platform.
• Establish and implement best practices regarding system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity.
• Understand, analyze, and improve business systems and integrated applications.
• Design, document, build, test, and deploy enhancements to Salesforce objects, layouts, workflows, and dashboards.
• Analyze requirements and implement them with Salesforce objects and relationships.
• Maintain and support objects, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and approvals.
• Create and manage custom objects, fields, and processes.
• Deliver business solutions while maintaining Salesforce functionality.
• Test new functionality before production and act as SME for critical production problems.
• Research Salesforce releases and advise on impact to departments and users.
• Maintain database integrity and data cleansing and deduplication.
• Mentor Salesforce users and develop training materials.
