Job summary

Huxley is seeking an Application Support Engineer to join our Finance team in Boston, MA. You will be the primary liaison for troubleshooting production issues across Salesforce and related systems, ensuring seamless operations and timely incident resolution.

You will work with end users, developers, and infrastructure teams to maintain health, implement upgrades, and drive automation while contributing to a reliable, scalable enterprise application landscape.

Qualifications

2-5 years of Application Support, Production Support, or Enterprise Systems Support experience.
Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce in a production environment.
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
Experience managing incidents and working within ITIL-based support environments.
Ability to support integrations, data flows, and cross-functional applications.

Responsibilities

Monitor application health and integrations; resolve incidents and user issues.
Support platform administration and access management; coordinate releases and upgrades.
Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with end users, developers, and vendors to drive improvements.
Ensure reliability and performance of systems used across the organization.
