Job summary

Hitachi Digital Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our Boston-based hybrid team. You will own the technical direction for Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related integrations, guiding complex deployments in a managed services environment.

You will troubleshoot production issues, drive incident resolution, assess release impact, and mentor engineers while coordinating with stakeholders and vendors to ensure system

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in large enterprises.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce clouds and platform architecture.
• Experience with APIs, integration patterns, and security.
• Ability to guide design reviews and production support.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical lead and escalation point for Salesforce and boundary applications.
• Provide technical leadership across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud/Account Engagement, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform technical triage, identify root causes, coordinate with teams, vendors, and SMEs through resolution.
• Assess the impact of Salesforce releases, managed package updates, application upgrades, and integration changes across the ecosystem.
• Maintain application inventories, integration documentation, dependency maps, runbooks, and support knowledge bases.
• Develop working knowledge of integrated platforms including Gainsight, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Profound,Qualified, Everstage, AEM, Synthesia, Cvent, Salesloft, Qualtrics, Qvidian, and Google Analytics.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, providing guidance on incidents, risks, enhancements, dependencies, and platform health.
