Certifications like Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Business Analyst are required.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

Explore and evaluate new Salesforce features and releases and map them to client needs.
Provide insights to enhance business processes using Salesforce.
