Job summary

Offprem Technology is seeking a Solution Architect, Salesforce Accelerated Delivery Manager to lead our high-velocity implementation practice across Salesforce products. You will define and improve the delivery methodology, balance hands-on architecture with leadership, and drive AI-enabled delivery leveraging internal tools and playbooks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem; at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong Salesforce core/CRM experience with hands-on architecture.
• Experience leading projects across three Salesforce pillars (Sales, Marketing, Experience Cloud).
• Proven track record managing high-volume, short-duration projects (weeks, not months).
• Willingness to experiment with AI and challenge traditional processes.
• Comfort with VS Code in AI-assisted Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and improve delivery playbooks leveraging internal products, AI, and tooling.
• Lead AI-first delivery, accelerate initial builds, ensure quality with expert human oversight.
• Provide hands-on leadership, mentorship, and coaching to architects and consultants.
• Manage scope governance with Sales and Solution Engineers to prevent scope creep.
• Stay ahead of Salesforce releases and evaluate capabilities for incorporation into delivery frameworks.
• Scale the practice with repeatable processes and AI-enabled delivery.
