Job summary

Offprem Technology is seeking an Accelerated Delivery Manager to lead our high-velocity Salesforce implementation practice. You will define the delivery methodology, leverage internal tools, and drive faster, higher-quality outcomes across multiple Salesforce clouds.

In this role, you will manage a cross-functional team of consultants, collaborate with Sales and Solution Engineers, and ensure scopes stay realistic while adapting to Salesforce's annual releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in Salesforce ecosystem with at least 2 years in a leadership role within Professional Services/Consulting.
• Experience leading projects across at least three Salesforce pillars (Sales, Marketing, Experience Cloud).
• Proven track record of managing high-volume, short-duration projects (weeks, not months).
• Salesforce Certification Admin and/or Sales Cloud Consultant; PMP or Agile certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain standardized delivery playbooks leveraging internal products and tooling to accelerate Salesforce implementations across the full product ecosystem.
• Lead a diverse team of Functional, Technical, and Marketing consultants to ensure cohesive delivery on multi-cloud jumpstarts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solution Engineers to ensure Jumpstart scopes are realistic and protected against scope creep.
• Stay ahead of Salesforce releases to ensure Quickstart templates remain compatible with new features.
