Offprem Technology is seeking a Solution Architect, Salesforce Accelerated Delivery Manager to lead our high-velocity implementation practice across Salesforce products. Accelerated Delivery Manager

About the Role

As the Manager of Accelerated Delivery, you will lead our high-velocity implementation practice across Salesforce's entire product ecosystem. Our speed comes from our internal products and tooling. Your job is to define and continuously improve the methodology that leverages them to deliver implementations faster, more consistently, and at a higher standard than traditional consulting.

This is a hands-on leadership role. In addition to managing and developing a team of consultants, you will remain actively engaged in Salesforce solution architecture and client delivery. You will combine deep Salesforce expertise with an AI-first mindset to help our teams deliver high-quality implementations efficiently, while continuously challenging and improving the way we work.

The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a fast-moving, startup-like environment where not every answer is already defined. You are highly self-directed, practical, analytical, and able to take broad direction and turn it into an actionable delivery approach. You enjoy experimenting with new technology, challenging traditional consulting practices, and finding creative ways to solve problems.

What You’ll Do

Delivery Playbook Design

Define, maintain, and continuously improve standardized delivery playbooks that leverage our internal products, reusable packages, AI, and other tooling to accelerate implementations across Salesforce's full product ecosystem.

Establish the technical guardrails, scope templates, documentation, quality benchmarks, and repeatable implementation patterns that ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes regardless of which clouds are in play.

Identify opportunities to standardize and package repeatable Salesforce components and processes so that consultants can deliver implementations more efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality.

AI-First Delivery & Continuous Improvement

Help define and evolve an AI-first approach to Salesforce implementation, using AI to accelerate initial builds and standard configuration while ensuring human expertise remains central to architecture, quality assurance, complex customization, and client-specific solutions.

Experiment with AI tools and emerging technologies to identify new ways to improve delivery speed, quality, scalability, and the overall client experience.

Challenge the status quo and rethink traditional consulting processes when technology or new approaches can produce better outcomes.

Comfortably navigate technical environments used to support AI-assisted delivery, including Visual StudioCode (VS Code), and understand how to review, evaluate, and refine AI-generated Salesforce work.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Manage a diverse team of specialized consultants (Functional, Technical, and Marketing) to ensure cohesive delivery on multi-cloud "bundled" jumpstarts.

Provide hands-on leadership, mentoring, and coaching to architects and consultants, helping them build their Salesforce expertise and become more effective within the Accelerated Delivery methodology.

Use scenario reviews, implementation reviews, recording reviews, and other coaching methods to identify opportunities to improve both individual performance and overall delivery quality.

Scope Governance

Work with Sales and Solution Engineers to ensure "Jumpstart" scopes are realistic, technically sound, and protected against "scope creep."

Partner with delivery teams to translate defined scopes into efficient implementation plans and provide guidance when projects require customization beyond the standard delivery model.

Help identify opportunities for appropriate follow‑on work or additional client needs while maintaining the speed and simplicity that make the Accelerated Delivery model successful.

Remain actively engaged in Salesforce solution architecture and client‑facing delivery while leading theAccelerated Delivery practice.

Apply strong Salesforce core/CRM expertise to architect solutions, evaluate implementation decisions, provide technical quality assurance, and address complex or non‑standard client requirements.

Use your technical expertise to guide AI‑assisted development and configuration, recognizing where standardized or AI-generated solutions are appropriate and where experienced Salesforce judgment is required.

Platform Advocacy

Stay ahead of Salesforce’s three annual releases to ensure our Quickstart templates remain compatible with the latest features (e.g., Einstein AI, Flow enhancements).

Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and determine how they can be incorporated into our delivery methodology, reusable assets, and implementation frameworks.

Operational Scaling

Help evolve the Accelerated Delivery model as the practice grows, with a focus on increasing delivery capacity without sacrificing quality.

Develop processes and frameworks that allow consultants with varying levels of experience to successfully execute implementations within a standardized methodology.

Look for opportunities to increase the number of projects the team can support through reusable assets,AI-enabled delivery, standardized packaging, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a Professional Services or Consulting environment.
• Strong Salesforce core/CRM experience, with the ability to remain hands‑on in solution architecture and client‑facing delivery.
• Extensive experience leading projects across at least three Salesforce pillars (e.g., Sales, Marketing, and Experience Cloud).
• The “Quickstart” Mindset: A proven track record of managing high-volume, short‑duration projects (weeks, not months).
• Experience developing or improving delivery methodologies, frameworks, reusable assets, documentation, or implementation standards.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment where you are expected to be highly self‑directed and turn broad direction into practical solutions.
• Demonstrated willingness to experiment with AI, challenge traditional processes, and
• Comfortable working with technical tools and environments such as Visual Studio Code (VS Code), particularly in support of AI‑assisted Salesforce implementation.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to help architects and consultants improve both their technical capabilities and delivery effectiveness.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Sales Cloud Consultant (Management certifications like PMP or Agile are preferred).
• A practical and analytical approach to problem solving, paired with the creativity and curiosity to envision new ways of delivering Salesforce solutions.
