Job summary
Catalyst Mobility is seeking a Salesforce Administrator/Developer to centralize two Salesforce environments post-acquisition, migrating data and configuring workflows for Membership Services and Business Development in Nonprofit Cloud.
You'll work across administration, development, data mapping, and automation, partnering with the Platform/Technology team to ensure a secure, scalable, maintainable solution for long-term use.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud.
- Experience across Salesforce administration and development.
- Experience planning and executing Salesforce-to-Salesforce migrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce centralization initiative and data migration from Forth to CALSTART.
- Plan and execute Salesforce-to-Salesforce data migration with mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Configure and develop Membership Services and Business Development workflows using Salesforce automation and custom development where needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Platform/Technology team to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Support testing, deployment, documentation, and stabilization of the centralized environment.
