Job summary
Catalyst Mobility is seeking a Salesforce Administrator/Developer to lead a major centralization initiative after acquiring Forth, unifying two Salesforce environments in our Nonprofit Cloud. You will drive data migration, configuration, and development of Membership Services and Business Development workflows across the organization.
You’ll collaborate with the Platform/Technology team and business stakeholders to translate processes into scalable Salesforce solutions, ensure security,
Qualifications
- Hands-on Salesforce admin and development experience across nonprofit processes.
- Experience with Flow, data modeling, permissions and reporting.
- Proven data migration, transformation, cleansing, and reconciliation.
- Certification in Salesforce Admin or Platform App Builder preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce centralization and data migration from Forth.
- Configure Membership Services and Business Development workflows.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with Platform/Technology and stakeholders.
- Support testing, deployment, and documentation for the new environment.
