Job summary

Lightspeed Systems is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to own the day-to-day of our Salesforce platform, including user setup, data hygiene, and automation. You’ll report to the Senior Director, MIS, with mentorship from the Salesforce Product Manager.

This hands-on role focuses on ownership and growth into bigger automation and AI-driven work. You will triage and resolve service desk tickets, maintain users, build reports, and drive end-to-end projects while supporting AI-driven automations

Qualifications

2+ years hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
Hands-on with declarative config and automation - flows, rules, layouts.
Comfortable owning data quality and building reports/dashboards independently.
Experience with tools like Adobe Sign, ChurnZero, Zapier, or n8n is a plus.
Familiar with AI tools and applying AI to automate admin work.

Responsibilities

Be the go-to for Salesforce support - triaging, resolving, and escalation.
Keep the platform running clean - user admin, data hygiene, reports and automation.
Own projects end to end - configuration, testing, documentation, deployment.
Support onboarding, offboarding, and end-user training.
Monitor integrations with connected systems and test releases.
