Job summary

Canva is seeking an experienced Salesforce administrator to support our GTM Technology Systems team. You will help deliver features within the Lead to Opportunity pillar, collaborating with Sales Ops, Customer Success, and Finance to turn business needs into clear requirements and reliable user stories.

The role requires 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce admin experience and relevant certifications; you will work with AI tools to accelerate development, maintain data quality, and build flows for

Qualifications

• 3-5 years hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• Salesforce certifications required: Admin, Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, including Flows, validation rules, and reports in Sales Cloud.
• Able to use AI tools to accelerate development and write requirements.
• Familiar with CI/CD processes and tools like Gearset and Copado.
• Familiar with Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Gong, and Customer Success platforms.
• Experience in Agile environments and working with development teams.
• M&A migration experience - migrating data from acquired companies into CRM.

Responsibilities

• Deliver features within the Lead to Opportunity pillar to support seller productivity.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Customer Success, Partner Ops, Finance to translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Identify and reduce workflow friction points that slow sellers down.
• Explore everyday AI ideas to accelerate work and simplify seller processes.
• Work with senior Admins and Developers to configure solutions for Accounts, Opportunities, and related objects.
• Build and maintain complex Flows and automations.
• Maintain data quality and uphold platform governance.
• Create test cases and support UAT sessions with stakeholders.
• Consult stakeholders to answer everyday system questions and grow into a reliable Salesforce admin partner.
