HOTWORX Matthews is seeking a Trainer Sales Associate to blend sales, customer service, outreach, and studio operations. You will engage leads, guide prospects, and help members achieve goals in a 24-hour infrared fitness studio environment.

Schedule ranges 20–35 hours per week with every Saturday availability. Base pay is hourly with commission, plus benefits like a free HOTWORX membership and training. Join a high-energy team focused on guest experience.

Qualifications

• Comfort with outbound calls and lead follow-up.
• Fluent in English; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads from CRM.
• Convert leads to bookings and memberships.
• Give studio tours and explain infrared benefits.
• Present membership options and promotions.
• Open/close the studio and maintain a welcoming space.
• Assist with events, promotions, and social media.
• Ensure safety and respond to emergencies.
