Job summary

Massage Envy is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to join our Tracy location. You’ll be the first contact for guests, guiding them to membership options and services while delivering a standout guest experience.

You’ll schedule services, answer calls, handle emails, and support clinic flow with a positive, proactive attitude. Weekend/evening availability is required, with growth opportunities into management for top performers.

Qualifications

• Ability to sell memberships and services while delivering excellent customer service.
• Connect with guests, listen well, and communicate with confidence.
• Highly service-oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
• Organized, dependable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent administration and multitasking skills.
• Computer literate and comfortable with using scheduling tools.
• Reliable transportation.
• 18+ years old.
• Weekend and Evening Availability.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and be the first point of contact, guiding them to services.
• Explain memberships and services and help guests choose the best options.
• Assist with scheduling, answering calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
• Maintain a friendly, proactive, and professional guest experience.
• Assist with light cleaning and other administrative tasks as needed.
