Job summary

Massage Envy is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to join our Tracy location. You’ll be the first contact for guests, guiding them to membership options and services while delivering a standout guest experience.

You’ll schedule services, answer calls, handle emails, and support clinic flow with a positive, proactive attitude. Weekend/evening availability is required, with growth opportunities into management for top performers.

Massage Envy is seeking friendly and sales savvy Sales Associate to join our fast-growing, dynamic team. We have a beautiful welcoming location at Massage Envy Tracy Pavilion where we are extremely focused on building a positive team environment and a great guest experience. We offer top-of-the-line massage services as well as luxurious, results-driven skin care services.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests - making them feel welcome, introducing them to our services, and helping them choose the membership or treatments that best support their wellness journey.

To Thrive at Massage Envy as a Sales Associate:

• You must be comfortable with sales. You’re able to connect with people, establish rapport, and confidently explain our memberships and services
• You will create an outstanding experience for clients with a friendly and helpful attitude
• You will support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• You’re motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• You will assist in light cleaning & other administrative tasks including filing, file maintenance, and data entry
