Job summary
Massage Envy, a Massage Envy franchised location, seeks a Sales Associate to connect clients with wellness services and products, promoting memberships and services while guiding retail purchases to enhance their experience. You’ll greet clients, schedule appointments, answer questions, convert guests to members, and handle cash and records.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong sales and customer-service skills.
- Comfort with cash handling and computer use.
Responsibilities
- Sales & Customer Service: Promote Massage Envy memberships and services, and educate clients on retail products to enhance their experience.
- Client Engagement: Greet clients, schedule appointments, and answer questions; build lasting relationships to foster loyalty.
- Operational Excellence: Handle cash transactions, manage client records, and maintain a clean, therapeutic workspace.
- Member Retention: Reach out to members to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement.
